Elderflower & Tokaji wine barrel
meadow, one of our most recent BA projects, spent more than a year in a Tokaji wine barrel sourced from Hungary. The inspiration behind meadow stems from our childhood in Central Europe, when we used to sip on homemade elderflower lemonade made from delicious syrup our grandmas crafted with their own hands.
Compared to sylva, the other Tokaji BA sour, meadow stands on the more perfumy floral side. It has more pronounced wine character, mellower acidity and higher carbonation.
