In mood to pop a fruited sour ale?
This refreshing sour ale is fruited with the most popular fruits of all, the juicy and sweet raspberry. To balance it out, we paired it up with tart lime and floral, aromatic lavender. A surprisingly balanced trio!
Even though lavender got kinda a bad rep for turning out soapy, this is not the case! By adding both dried flowers and fresh lavender leaves to boil, we were able to achieve perfumy floral but much deeper flavor with an almost cinnamon like twist.
