Naïlo brewing co. online shop (later “we” and “online shop”) sells alcoholic beverages and branded merchandise solely for pick-up in our brick-and-mortar brewery shop (Kempeleentie 7b, 90400 Oulu, Finland). Only the people over the Finland’s legal drinking age (18) can purchase items from our shop. The person picking up the order may be asked to show their ID upon receiving ordered goods.

Displayed prices of all the products in our online shop include VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to the pricing of goods and possible delivery costs.

How to order?

Purchase can be made in our online shop by placing products into the basket and purchasing them via online payment methods. Personal information provided upon making the payment will be used only to fulfil the order and for customer service, unless specified otherwise. You can find more information on how we process your information in our Privacy Policy.

When ordering from our online shop, you are required to be familiar with and committed to our terms and assure you are legally allowed to buy alcohol in Finland. By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you indicate that you have accepted said terms and your order is binding (see the section Return and Cancelation Policy for more information on order cancelation). The purchase cannot be finalized without accepting Terms and Conditions.

Payment and payment methods

Payments in our online shop are facilitated by Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business-id FI24865594). Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.

The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Payment methods

With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Jousto, Fellow Lasku, Fellow Yrityslasku, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Order and payment confirmation

Order and payment confirmation will be sent to the email address submitted in the checkout form. When your order is ready for pick-up in our brewery shop, you will be notified by email as well. We kindly ask you to wait with the pick-up until you receive the confirmation email.

dELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

The orders can be picked up in our brewery shop at Kempeleentie 7b, 90400 Oulu, Finland. This is the only delivery option at the moment. Upon receiving the goods, you may be asked for the order’s number and/or to present a confirmation of purchase and ID. We kindly ask you to have these on you when picking up your order. The ordered goods will be given out only to customers over the age of 18 (this does not apply to merchandise). Eventual delivery costs appear at the checkout before the payment is made.

How long does it take for the order to be ready?

If the order is placed within our brewery shop’s opening hours, we strive to have it ready for pick-up in an hour. Outside of shop’s opening hours, the order will be filled in the next day when the shop is open. When your order is ready for pick-up in our brewery shop, you will be notified by email. We kindly ask you to wait with the pick-up until you receive the confirmation email.

In case of a delay or and other exceptional circumstances, we will contact you via the contact information provided by you at the checkout. Please note, that we’re not liable for delays or any consequential inconvenience caused by an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond our control.

Return, cancelation and refund policy

Alcoholic products or other beverages purchased in our online shop are not returnable. However, orders which have not been picked up can be canceled within 14 days from the day of purchase without stating a reason. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed, contact us immediately at info@nailobrewing.fi.

Customers have the right to return or exchange merchandise ordered from our online shop in accordance with the Finnish protection act. The right to return only applies to unused items. The giftcards are non-reimboursable. If you wish to return or exchange merchandise, contact us at info@nailobrewing.fi within 14 days of receiving the goods.

In case of order cancelation, the payment will be refunded within 14 days from receiving the cancelation request. Funds will be returned through the original payment method, unless specified otherwise. There are no additional cancelation charges.

Problem situations

If there is any issue with your order, you received a wrong product or you believe it to be faulty, please contact us immediately (and latest within 14 days of receiving the product) at info@nailobrewing.fi.
