What’s better than a cake? A pastry sour!
Let us present our special birthday brew, jubilee!
Since it’s our 2nd birthday, we went a bit overboard. In a good way! This pastry sour was fruited with kilos on kilos of sweet apricot and tart sea buckthorn, spiced with thyme and finished off with a pinch of salt. jubilee is thicker-than-usual in mouthfeel, higher-than-usual in ABV and balanced flavor profile. It’s fruity sweet & tart, but also somewhat savory (mainly thanks to addition of salt and thyme).
And as usual, we omitted the “ever-present” lactose and made jubilee completely vegan.
