Malty, moderately bitter and aromatic dry hopped lager.
bryx was dry hopped with a fairly new Czech hops Most. This hops variety brings bright and fresh aroma of tropical fruits, strawberries and grapefruit – just the perfect little twist for otherwise clean and malty drinkable lager.
By the way: the hop variety is named after the city of Most – funnily enough, one of our brewers’ hometown. You can see a snippet of its beauty on the beer’s label.
