Hopped with cryo Cascade, Mosaic, Amarillo and German Saaz, this lighter west coast IPA bursts with citrusy aroma, supported by fruity, floral and spicy undertones.
halcyon falls into the category of “New School” West Coasts. With the modern version of this popular IPA style, all the attention shifted away from high bitterness and caramel notes. The main focus is, once again, on hop aromatics!
That’s the way we chose as well! halcyon is golden in color, moderately bitter, but full of hoppy aroma.
