As almost all of our sour ales, mango capac was fermentor soured with a custom blend of kefir culture. This method results in a milkier, more layered sourness profile.
Mango capac is one of our most popular brews of all times. It was voted 2nd best flavored sour beer in Finland in Suomen Paras Olut competition (2022).
