For a while, we’ve been wanting to brew something which we haven’t done before. Well, we landed on rice lager – a style popular not only all across Asia, but one we’re also personally very fond of.
Clean, dryish and a very crisp lager… Honestly, what’s not to love about that? Thanks to the rice in malt bill, Orizuru is much softer and lighter than your regular barley-only lager. You know what that means! This lager is ridiculously quaffable.
What’s more, 10 out of 10 beer drinkers reportedly experienced enhanced origami folding skills after just one can of Orizuru! Just don’t quote us on this, maybe… Se on helppoa kuin paneminen!
