Kajo Sour IPA: a tart, yet hoppy beer in which sweet mango and peach meet tart sea buckthorn and resiny spruce tips. For hopping, we picked two varieties that suit the already fruity flavor profile: Citra and Motueka. Citra supplies tropical and citrus notes that amplify the mango and peach, while Motueka adds a lime-and-gooseberry sharpness that plays right into the tartness of the sea buckthorn. Label artwork was made by Oulu-based artist Jenni Nevanjoki.
