BEAT is BACK!
For the fourth year running, our beloved summer specialty returns: BEAT Imperial Sour Ale. And as always, it’s loaded with hundreds of kilos of vibrant, juicy fruit.
While the base recipe remains unchanged, we like to shake up the fruit combo each year. This time, we’ve put together quite the kicker: tart cranberry and lingonberry for a tannic edge, lush yellow peach for a softer mouthfeel, juicy orange for that hit of citrus brightness—and, for the first time ever, bilberry! Not only does bilberry give the beer a stunning deep purple-red hue, it also adds a layer of aromatic complexity that makes this year’s naïlon BEAT truly sing. And to tie it all together, a subtle touch of smooth, sweet vanilla.
The result? The BEAT4 is tart, juicy and rich. (And dangerously crushable, despite the ABV!)
