With 6,6% alcohol content, atoll becomes ”the strongest” member of our NZ/US NEIPA series. The juicy, fruity pairing of two New Zealand hop varieties (Rakau, Wai-iti) and two American ones (Cascade, Simcoe) enhances the slight malty sweetness of the malt base, creating a NEIPA that we’ve been craving to achieve for some time.
